Their Roles and Responsibilities


Managing Director

The role of a Managing Director, is to develop, design and implement the strategic plan for the organization in the most time efficient and cost effective manner. The Managing Director is responsible for developing business plans for the long term future of the organization and also the day to day running of the company. She is also entitled to motivate and mentor members and may chair meetings.



Financial Manager

A financial manger is a person who takes care of all the important financial functions of an organization. She is in charge to maintain a far sightedness in order to ensure that the funds are utilized in the most efficient manner. Her actions directly affect the profitability, growth and goodwill of the company.


IT Manager & IT Assistant Manager

They will speak to the management team or client to find out what they want. They will plan the stages of the project and how each affects the business and co-ordinating the project team. Agreeing costs, timescales and standards to be met and monitoring these through the project. Adjusting the plans where needed. Making sure there is a smooth change over from the old system to the new one. Keeping management and clients updated on progress. Evaluation of each project stage and once completed. Check every ordered and pass the info to Creative & Design Manager to start making the products. 


CD Manager & CD Assistant Manager 

They will get the order of products from IT Manager and started to make the DIY arts. They will take about 1-2 days to finish a design. After finish designing, they will start drawing and its only takes few hours to finish one product. Lastly, they will do the packaging and pass them to the Marketing Manager to post the items. 



Marketing Manager & Marketing Assistant Manager

Marketing Managers or officers are focused mainly on the practical application and management of an organization's marketing operations. For marketing managers to be efficient and effective in performing their functions, they should have excellent communication and analytical skills. In small organizations, the marketing manager is in charge of the organization's entire marketing activities and therefore handles formulating, directing and coordinating marketing activities so as to influence customers to choose the organization's products over those of competitors.
